With extensive experience in executive positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director, he possesses a wealth of knowledge in capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder relations, and operational management.
Mr. Ram is also well-versed in healthcare regulations and government relations, having worked in the industry for many years. He is a graduate of DePaul University, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Cum Laude) with a major in Finance. Additionally, he holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Fredericton, Canada.
Although his expertise lies primarily in healthcare, Mr. Ram's skills are transferable across a wide range of sectors. He is based in Toronto, Ontario, and is passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential.
